We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Snowflake + Informatica IICS Developer to play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our next-generation cloud data warehouse solutions. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable data pipelines and driving performance within the Snowflake environment using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Core Responsibilities :

- Data Pipeline Development : Design, develop, test, and implement high-performance ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IICS Cloud Services to integrate data from various source systems into the Snowflake Data Cloud.

- Snowflake Expertise : Utilize deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture for effective data loading, storage optimization, and resource management (Virtual Warehouses).

- Performance Tuning : Take ownership of identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks within both Snowflake queries/objects and IICS mappings/tasks. Optimize data ingestion and transformation processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Data Architecture : Apply a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs), and complex data integration strategies.

- Collaboration : Work effectively within an Agile team framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups, and collaborating with data architects and business analysts.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all ETL/ELT processes and perform thorough unit and integration testing.

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Cloud ETL/Integration : Hands-on, strong expertise with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and task creation (Synchronization, Mapping, Replication).

- Snowflake Proficiency : Strong expertise in Snowflake, covering :

- Implementing and managing databases, schemas, tables, and views.

- Advanced Snowflake SQL development (Stored Procedures, UDFs, Streams, Tasks).

- Performance Tuning techniques within Snowflake (e.g., query rewriting, clustering keys, materialized views).

- Data Concepts : Solid theoretical and practical understanding of ETL/ELT principles, data pipelines, data ingestion patterns, and complex data integration techniques.

- SQL : Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.

Behavioral Skills :

- Communication : Good communication skills are essential for technical discussions, requirement gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Agile Experience : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile development environment.
