We are looking for an experienced Automation & Performance Test Lead to drive test automation strategy, performance testing, and quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications. The role involves leading a team, designing robust test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and high-performing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end automation and performance testing initiatives across projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Python.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

- Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.

- Analyze performance bottlenecks and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Define testing strategies, standards, and best practices for automation and performance testing.

- Mentor and guide automation and performance testing team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Development, and Product.

- Ensure quality metrics, test coverage, and timely delivery of releases.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications :

- 1012 years of overall experience in software testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java (6+ years) and Python (5+ years).

- Extensive experience with Jenkins (5+ years) for CI/CD automation.

- Proven expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks.

- Strong experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to monitoring and APM tools.

- Certification in testing or DevOps tools.
