About The Role :

We are looking for a seasoned .NET Full Stack developer to oversee the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. You'll be involved in all aspects of the software development cycle from conception to deployment. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and software architects to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices across our healthcare technology platforms. Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, and implement robust architecture solutions for full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs, and Azure.

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with scalability, security, and performance standards.

- Design and implement Microservices-based architectures with clearly defined service

boundaries and communication protocols.

- Mentor and guide junior developers across teams to ensure adherence to architectural

principles and coding best practices.

- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices to improve system design and

engineering efficiency.

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and DevOps

to drive project success.

- Define technical roadmaps, perform architectural reviews, and provide technical governance

across projects.

- Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.

- Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, technical designs, and guidelines.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure healthcare data protection and

regulatory adherence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 7-10 years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a hands-on

architecture or Senior developer role.

- Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, and front-end frameworks like Angular

or React.

- Proven experience designing microservices architectures, containerized applications, and

event-driven systems.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including App Services, Azure Functions,

Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and application

performance tuning.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and version control systems like Git.

- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud-native and distributed systems.

- Ability to break down complex technical problems and communicate effectively across

technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified : DevOps

Engineer Expert.

- Experience in healthcare technology, HL7/FHIR standards, or HIPAA-compliant system design.

- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing patterns.

- Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise applications.
