About the Role:

Revalsys Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Guardian of UI Excellence Angular & Next.js Team Lead to lead our frontend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular and Next.js, a proven track record of delivering scalable web applications, and the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Angular and Next.js developers.

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications.

- Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish coding standards and best practices.

- Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js.

- Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.

- Ensure applications meet SEO, accessibility, and performance standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Angular (2+) and Next.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management tools such as NgRx, Redux, or similar.

- Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization.

- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with public-facing and e-commerce applications.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in mentoring, team building, and project delivery management.
