Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development & UI Design :

- Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Implement user-centric designs ensuring visual and functional consistency across browsers and devices.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components.

- Ensure mobile-first design principles are applied to deliver consistent performance on both desktop and mobile devices.

2. Collaboration & Design :

- Implementation Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional web pages.

- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions to deliver optimal technical solutions.

3. Performance Optimization :

- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement best practices for image optimization, lazy loading, and code minification.

- Ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or related field.

- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and DOM manipulation.

- Experience working with JSON and XML for dynamic content rendering.

- Working knowledge of SEO optimization techniques and accessibility standards.

- Understanding of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Exposure to RESTful API integration and AJAX-based data handling.

- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager.

- Understanding of web performance metrics and tools such as Lighthouse or GTmetrix.

- Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments.
