Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Retail POS Engineer or POS Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Front Systems POS or similar enterprise retail POS platforms. The candidate should have experience supporting store operations, POS integrations, checkout or payment flows, promotions, omnichannel retail processes, and multi-brand retail environments.

Mandatory Skills :

- Java Development is a must.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Retail Technology or POS systems.

- Hands-on experience with Front Systems POS OR similar Retail POS platforms.

- Strong understanding of store operations, POS or checkout workflows, promotions and discounts, and payment or transaction flows.

- Experience integrating POS with enterprise applications such as ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and Inventory or Order Management systems.

- Strong experience with REST or SOAP APIs.

- Good knowledge of JSON and XML.

- Experience with SQL and databases.

- Experience in POS production support or L2 - L3 support.

- Experience participating in POS implementation, deployment or store rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, maintain and support Front Systems POS or equivalent retail POS solutions.

- Design and support integrations between POS and ERP, CRM, eCommerce and other enterprise applications.

- Troubleshoot POS, API, integration and transaction-related issues.

- Provide L2 or L3 production support for retail or store applications.

- Support POS deployments, upgrades and multi-store rollouts.

- Work with retail business teams to understand checkout, payment, promotion and store operational requirements.

- Ensure stability and availability of POS applications across stores.

- Coordinate with business, development, infrastructure and integration teams for issue resolution.

Preferred Skills :

- Front Systems POS experience.

- Middleware or integration platform experience.

- Azure or AWS.

- Omnichannel retail experience.

- Multi-brand or multi-store retail environment experience.

- Retail ERP, Order Management or Inventory Management integration experience.
