Repro India Ltd., a leading print and digital content solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions for its digital and publishing platforms. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to guide teams through complex software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis and system design through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business and technology goals

- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and oversee day-to-day project execution

- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

- Translate complex business and functional requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks and designs

- Enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams

- Troubleshoot production and application issues and drive performance optimization and stability improvements

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to the role

- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for systems, processes, and solutions

Required Skills :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 8 to 12 years of overall development experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role

- Strong backend development expertise in Java or similar technologies

- Frontend development experience using React, Angular, or Vue

- Proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control systems, and Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills
