Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

- Work across functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.

- Automate reporting processes, reduce redundancies, and establish a single source of truth.

- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.

- Provide actionable insights through analytics to drive business performance.

- Ensure compliance with organizational data management, risk, and governance standards.

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.

- 2+ years in Power Bi dashboard development.

Skills Required :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal & written).

- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, VBA macro, Oracle R&A, SAP Business Objects, etc.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and manage complex activities.
