About the Role :

Were looking for an AI Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. Youll work closely with our AI and product teams to develop real-time, scalable, and production-ready AI features.

What Youll Do :

- Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models across use cases like NLP, classification, recommendation, and generative AI

- Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare training-ready datasets

- Integrate models into production systems and optimize performance

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ship AI features in real-world products

- Continuously explore new tools, LLMs, and research to improve performance and efficiency

Must-Have Skills :

- 2+ years of experience building ML/AI models

- Strong foundation in Python, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow

- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Hugging Face, or similar)

- Understanding of model training, evaluation, serving, and optimization

- Familiarity with APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and inference pipelines

- Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with MLOps, Docker, or FastAPI

- Prompt engineering or RAG architecture knowledge

- Worked with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)

- Prior experience in a startup or product team
