POSITION : Reltio MDM Lead/ Architect.

LOCATION : Remote.

DURATION : Full Time (Open for contractors as well).

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners/Serving Notice/ Notice is less than 60 days.

Level of experience : 8+ years.

Budget : Open to discuss.

Must have Skills : Reltio Project Implementation, RIH (Reltio Integration HUB) and Configuration, Java, workflow and customization.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall architecture, Capacity planning, development, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions (MDM).

- Using MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data.

- Understand the technical landscape current as well as desired future state Assess the current state architecture & understand current business processes for managing Master Data Management solutions.

- Assess the functional and non-functional requirements of desired future state MDM solution Preparation including data ingestion, data quality rules, data model, match/merge, workflows, UI, batch integration and real-time service.

- Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations across various upstream/downstream systems and enabling the master data for AI/ML based analytical use cases.

- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.

- Estimation and outlining of the solutions needed to implement cloud native architecture and migration from on-prem systems.

- Work with prospective and existing customers to implement POCs/MVPs and guide through deployment, operationalization, and troubleshooting.

- Assess and validate non-functional attributes and build solutions that exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- At least 10 years of related end to end data management work experience, including at least 5 years of leading Reltio MDM and/or hands-on work in master data management functional areas.

- Strong knowledge in Data Quality, Data Governance and MDM must have worked in Clinical, MDM, HCP / HCO domain.

- Experience of working with Reltio MDM & Reltio Integration Hub configuration.

- Experience with Reltio console and custom jars creation.

- Must have knowledge of tuning and configuration of Match Rules, ROCS Utility etc.

- Proficient in working with Reltio APIs.

- Strong Java Knowledge.

- Experience in implementation of data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, execution of plans etc.

- Experience creating technical documentation and communicating effectively to various audiences.

- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills, including effectively communicating one on-one, and in small and large groups.

- Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships and conduct complex and important work critical to the organization in a team consulting environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in other MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM MDM.

- Reltio or other MDM Architect certifications.
