Reltio MDM Developer - Talend/Informatica

Job Title : Reltio MDM Developer / Lead.

Location : Hybrid.

Experience Required : 7 - 10 years (with minimum 2+ years in Reltio MDM).

Job Description :

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, data modeling, configuration, integration, and ensuring data quality across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Reltio MDM Cloud solutions.

- Build data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and workflows in Reltio.

- Integrate Reltio with enterprise applications (using APIs, connectors, or ETL tools like

Informatica, Talend, etc.

- Implement data quality, data governance, and data stewardship processes.

- Manage user roles, security, and workflows in Reltio.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data stewards to ensure effective MDM adoption.

- Troubleshoot and provide production support for Reltio MDM applications.

- Prepare documentation, training materials, and handover notes for end-users.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM Cloud (Configuration, APIs, Integration, Data Model setup, Match/Merge rules, Survivorship rules).

- Experience in Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.

- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML.

- Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.) and integration frameworks.

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Good understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Reltio Certification (Reltio Fundamentals, Advanced, or Integration).

- Experience in other MDM tools (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, etc.) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Graph databases, Big Data platforms, or Data Lakes.
