Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Reltio Developer with 6+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in implementing and customizing Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Reltio configuration, data modeling, integrations, data quality, and API development, along with a solid understanding of enterprise data management best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement Reltio MDM solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure Reltio data models, entity types, relationships, survivorship rules, match and merge rules, and workflows.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.

- Perform data onboarding, cleansing, profiling, validation, and migration activities.

- Develop and optimize Reltio APIs and integration services.

- Configure Reltio Data Loader, Crosswalks, Reference Data, and Data Quality features.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.

- Support release management, deployments, and post-production activities.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.

7. Data Quality Rules

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.

- Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and integration frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

- Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar integration tools.

- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant Reltio certifications are preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, or Healthcare/Life Sciences implementations.

- Experience with data stewardship and governance processes.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and microservices.
