We are seeking an exceptionally strong Senior Technical Leader with expertise across AWS Cloud, IoT Engineering, and Full-Stack Development. This role will drive architecture, development, integration, and deployment of our smart-energy IoT platform, working closely with German engineering teams and building a high-performance engineering team in India.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Cloud Architecture & Backend Engineering (AWS) :

- Architect, design, and optimize backend services using AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3).

- Implement CI/CD automation, observability (CloudWatch, Grafana), monitoring, and cost optimization.

- Lead backend security, IAM policies, data governance, disaster-recovery readiness.

- Ensure cloudIoT data flow efficiency and reliability.

2. IoT Engineering & Device Integration :

- Integrate IoT devices (inverters, batteries, sensors, controllers) with cloud & gateway.

- Work with protocols : Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, VPN, I2C, SPI, CANbus.

- Build edge software on ESP32, Raspberry Pi using AWS IoT Core & Greengrass.

- Implement OTA firmware updates, secure provisioning, telemetry & diagnostics pipelines.

3. Full-Stack / Mobile & Web Application Development :

- Lead development of iOS/Android/Web apps using React, Ionic, TypeScript.

- Build backend microservices using Python/Node.js.

- Manage app release cycles, automated QA, performance optimization.

- Ensure intuitive UX for energy dashboards & IoT analytics.

4. Leadership & Strategic Contribution :

- Collaborate with German teams on system-wide architecture and roadmap.

- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering teams across cloud, IoT, and app development.

- Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines & engineering excellence.

- Drive innovation in IoT, renewable energy, and scalable distributed systems.

5. Reliability, Security & Observability (NEW) :

- Implement system observability using logs, metrics, and traces (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana).

- Set up SLO/SLI metrics, performance benchmarking, and automated alerting.

- Oversee incident handling, root-cause analysis & system hardening.

- Ensure cybersecurity compliance across device, network, and cloud layers.

- IoT & Embedded : Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, VPN, I2C, SPI, CANbus, AWS IoT, Greengrass, Raspberry Pi, ESP32

- Frontend / Full-Stack : React, Ionic, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, mobile builds

- Domain : Energy management systems, renewable energy, cybersecurity, distributed systems

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, electrical, or electronic engineering, or a related field.

- Cloud technology or IoT certifications are a plus.

- 10 to 15+ years leading architecture and engineering teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in Cloud, IoT, and Full-Stack development.

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with European or German teams preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
