Redian Software - Zoho Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development and customization of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho One applications.

- Develop custom modules, functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.

- Design and implement Zoho CRM blueprints, workflow rules, webhooks, APIs, custom functions, and third-party integrations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.

- Develop and manage API integrations between Zoho apps and external systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, lead generation tools).

- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Perform data migrations, backups, and system maintenance.

- Continuously evaluate and improve Zoho processes to enhance business productivity and customer experience.

- Generate reports and dashboards for various departments including sales, marketing, and operations.

- Stay updated on new Zoho features, releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 47 years of hands-on experience in Zoho platform development and implementation.

- Strong command of Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM customization, and workflow automation.

- Experience integrating Zoho with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.

- Excellent understanding of CRM processes, sales and marketing workflows, and business automation.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and business logic design.

- Ability to work independently as well as lead a small technical team.

Preferred Skills :

- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are a plus.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or other web technologies.

- Knowledge of data privacy, GDPR compliance, and workflow documentation.

- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, or Service-based industries is a plus
