Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks.

- Create low-level designs (LLD), perform requirement analysis, and contribute to system architecture decisions.

- Implement and manage microservices-based architectures using Java best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers through code reviews and design discussions.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Design, develop, and optimize database solutions, including MySQL and MongoDB.

- Integrate and manage middleware and messaging systems, particularly Kafka, for asynchronous processing and data streaming.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.

- Experience designing low-level designs, database modeling, and breaking down complex requirements.

- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms.

- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
