Position : React Native Mobile Developer Lead

Experience : 6-8 years

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced React Native Mobile Developer Lead to architect and deliver high-performance, AI-ready mobile applications across iOS and Android.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with team leadership capabilities, driving best practices, performance optimization, and modern mobile engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and deliver scalable mobile applications using React Native

- Lead and mentor in-house and outsourced development teams

- Translate product and business requirements into intuitive mobile user experiences

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes

- Champion adoption of AI-powered developer tools and AI-enabled app features

- Integrate third-party SDKs such as ads, analytics, and Firebase

- Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

- Ensure app performance, reliability, security, and responsiveness

- Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and product owners

- Manage release cycles on App Store and Play Store

- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis

- Stay updated with emerging mobile, AI, and cross-platform technology trends

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript

State management tools :

1. Redux

2. MobX

3. Zustand

- Experience with native module integrations (iOS/Android)

- Mobile CI/CD (AppCenter, Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Deep understanding of mobile security best practices

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have :

- AI/ML experience with TensorFlow Lite / CoreML

- Experience in AdTech & Programmatic Advertising ecosystems

- Experience integrating LLM-powered or AI-based app features

- Performance profiling and optimization experience

- Experience working in agile/scrum environments

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
