React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platform

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to lead our mobile development initiatives and deliver high-quality, scalable cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting mobile solutions, mentoring the team, and driving best engineering practices across the mobile development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, guide, and mentor the mobile development team to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.

- Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing mobile applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in mobile application development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and Android development (Java/Kotlin).

- Solid understanding of AWS services and CI/CD setup (GitLab, Jenkins, Bitrise, or similar).

- Knowledge of REST APIs, mobile architecture patterns, and app store deployment processes.

- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
