Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with 612 years of overall IT experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React Native, mobile app architecture, and end-to-end application development in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and native modules.

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 612 years of overall software development experience.

- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in React Native.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Redux/Context API.

- Experience in developing and deploying apps for Android and iOS.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.

- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Expo, Firebase, or AWS mobile services.

- Knowledge of native development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox).

- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a module lead.
