React.js Engineer - Javascript/TypeScript

Responsibilities :

- Build, develop, and maintain React.js applications with clean, reusable, and scalable code.

- Collaborate closely with founders, product, design, and backend teams to ship features quickly.

- Take end-to-end ownership of modules : from ideation to deployment and post-launch improvements.

- Optimise application performance, speed, and responsiveness.

- Write reusable components and ensure high code quality through reviews and testing.

- Work in an agile, fast-moving startup setup with rapid iterations and quick decision cycles.

- Identify and propose improvements to product architecture and user experience.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using React.js .

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5 and CSS3

- Experience with React hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and functional components.

- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

- Understanding of REST APIs and integrating the frontend with backend services.

- Experience working in a startup or small-team environment is highly preferred.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimisation skills.

- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality results on time.

- Startup mindset : willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly.
