React.js Developer - Redux/Javascript

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks

- Build reusable UI components and implement efficient state management solutions (Redux/Context API)

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality

- Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility

- React.js (2+ years hands-on experience with hooks, components, and lifecycle methods)

- JavaScript (ES6+) with strong understanding of modern syntax and features

- HTML5, CSS3 with expertise in responsive design and CSS Grid/Flexbox

- State Management tools including Redux, Context API, and middleware integration

- RESTful APIs integration with experience in async/await and Promise handling

- Git version control with branching strategies and collaborative workflows

- Responsive design principles and mobile-first development approach

- TypeScript for type-safe development and Next.js for server-side rendering

- Testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end testing with Cypress

- Build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn package management

- Agile/Scrum development methodologies with experience in sprint planning and delivery

- CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion)

- Performance optimization techniques and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
