React.js Developer - Javascript/jQuery

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and front-end development

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, scalable code.

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and data services.

- Participate in full-stack development activities, contributing to backend services when required.

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through debugging and optimization.

- Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest.

- Use version control and CI practices to manage code effectively.

- Contribute to rapid prototyping and minimum viable product (MVP) development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of React principles, component lifecycle, hooks, and Redux for state management.

- Proficiency with front-end technologies including :

- HTML, CSS, SASS

- JavaScript/jQuery

- DOM manipulation and client-side validation

- Local storage and cross-browser compatibility

- Hands-on experience with responsive grid systems and mobile-first design.

- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Experience with modern web/UI tools and build systems:

- Node.js

- Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp

- Git

- Axios

- Jest

- Exposure to client-side templating engines such as Mustache.js, Handlebars.js, Pug (formerly Jade), or Dust.js.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics), or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of software engineering or relevant industry experience.
