Business Analyst with strong Credit Cards and Banking domain expertise to drive requirements, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery across BAU and projects in the cards ecosystem.

Key responsibilities :

- Gather requirements from business, compliance, operations and technology stakeholders; perform gap analysis and impact assessment.

- Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, functional specifications; maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM).

- Coordinate walkthroughs, solution discussions and design reviews with business, IT, vendors and operations.

- Support SIT/UAT by preparing test scenarios, clarifying requirements and triaging defects.

- Support releases and post-implementation analysis; document issues, root causes and fixes.

- Maintain change requests, audit/compliance evidence and release documentation.

Good to know :

- End-to-end credit card lifecycle : onboarding/origination, issuance/embossing, authorization-clearing-settlement, billing/statements, payments/collections, disputes/chargebacks, fraud controls.

- Exposure to card schemes: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay.

- Awareness of RBI compliance guidelines for cards.

Must-have skills :

- Exposure to card processing platforms (for example: VisionPLUS, PRIME, TSYS or similar).

- Understanding of integrations (APIs) and batch processing flows.

- SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.

Preferred : ISO 8583 understanding.
