Job Overview Summary :

The software engineer will help with developing web application utilizing agile development and continuous deployment methodologies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Responsible for and has expertise with web application development, particularly with a scripting language such as Ruby, Python, PHP, as well as Javascript, HTML, CSS.

The candidate is an experienced software engineer, familiar with agile development and continuous deployment methodologies.

They will contribute heavily to the design and specification of core features of the product and will take ownership for the delivery and quality of those features.

Location : This position is open to candidates who are available to work on-site at our Chennai office.

Basic Qualifications :

- BSc or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.

- 5+ years industry experience.

- 5+ years building web applications with RoR, Python, or PHP.

- Demonstrable success in and knowledge of front-end technologies such as CSS, HTML, and Javascript

- Excellent communication skills.

- Extremely motivated and passionate about learning new technologies and approaches to software development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven work experience with RoR.

- Proven work experience in software development.
