About the Role :

RapidData Technologies is looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Low-Code platforms (preferably Mendix).

However, candidates with strong Java Solution Architecture experience without Mendix are equally preferred.

The ideal candidate will architect end-to-end enterprise applications, define technical strategy, and guide teams through full lifecycle solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Mendix or other Low-Code platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

- Architect robust, scalable, and secure Java-based solutions, including microservices and cloud-native implementations.

- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, HLD/LLD, and solution designs.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adoption of best practices.

- Oversee integration architecture using REST APIs, ESB, messaging queues, and cloud services.

- Conduct architecture reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize solution performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to overall technology roadmap.

- Ensure architectural compliance with enterprise standards, security guidelines, and scalability needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect.

- Hands-on experience with Mendix or Low-Code platforms (highly preferred).

- Candidates without Mendix but with strong Java Solution Architect experience are equally suitable.

- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

- Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience preparing architecture documents, HLD/LLD, and technical frameworks.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Mendix Advanced/Expert certification (added advantage).

- Experience in BFSI, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation programs.

- Prior consulting, product development, or large-scale delivery experience.
