Role Overview :

As a Technical Operation Engineer, you will serve as the backbone of our production environment, ensuring the high availability and performance of our core financial platforms. You will work closely with software engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to bridge the gap between development and live operations. Your day-to-day will involve proactive monitoring, incident management, and the optimization of system workflows to ensure that our end-users experience uninterrupted service, directly impacting the reliability and trust our customers place in our financial products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end production support to ensure system uptime and performance stability for critical financial applications.

- Resolve complex technical incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.

- Automate routine operational tasks and deployment processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention across the production stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to oversee release management and ensure seamless transitions from development to production.

- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks to maintain optimal service levels for stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing production environments, with 5 - 10 years of experience in technical operations or site reliability roles.

- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting distributed systems, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure to maintain high availability.

- Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team.

- Proven capability to adapt to an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high productivity and responsiveness to operational demands.

- A solid educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.
