Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead our DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Architect and manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and Lambda.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.

- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.

- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Amazon ECS/EKS.

- Manage AWS networking, security, access controls, and compliance.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and other AWS-native services.

- Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost.

- Lead production deployments, troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

- Establish DevOps best practices, automation standards, and deployment strategies.

- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and collaborate with development, QA, and security teams.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.

- Expertise in EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and Lambda.

- Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation.

- Hands-on expertise in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably Amazon EKS).

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash.

- Good understanding of Linux administration.

- Experience with AWS security, IAM policies, networking, and monitoring.

- Experience in high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and infrastructure automation.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Leadership Skills :

- Experience leading and mentoring DevOps teams.

- Ability to define DevOps strategy and implementation roadmaps.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience managing critical production environments.

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong AWS hands-on experience.

- Proven experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure leadership.

- Practical experience in CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience managing production-grade AWS environments
