Job Description :

Experience : 6+ Years (L2 /L3 Support)

Shifts : Rotational

- Shift1 : 7am-3pm (most probably this will not be the case)

- Shift2 : 2pm - 11pm

- Shift3 : 10pm - 7am

Mode of Work : Work from Office (5 Days)

Location : Hyderabad

Primary Skills : Cisco Routing, Switching, EIGRP, Wireless, DMVPN, Load Balancing, and Firewalls such as FTD and Palo Alto. IP Subnetting

- Skilled administration of network systems

- Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit end-to-end network solutions

- Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams

- Expertise in Different Technologies as Engineering - CISCO/ Juniper / Nexus/ Fortinet / Palo Alto / SD-WAN / Azure VPN / F5 /VPN/Meraki Switch/ NAT/ IPSEC/ Monitoring/ GRE

- Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred

- Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies.

- Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of large-scale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative.

- Track and resolve issues as they come in

- Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues

- Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents

- Communicate updates to necessary parties

- Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution

- Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary
