As Technical Lead at Radixweb, you will write and maintain efficient code by using JavaScript technology.

You will follow the complete software development life cycle following agile methodology.

You will be leading the team and guiding them on any technical challenges.

You would be having major role in estimating and distributing tasks with the team.

You ll be communicating with clients on regular basis for gathering requirements, giving demos, consulting them on right technical approach.

You will be defining and deciding the development and deployment architecture.

What you will do?

- Developing front end and backend website architecture.

- Developing back-end and frontend website applications.

- Defnining and configuring servers for deployments.

- Creating database schemas.

- Seeing through a project from inception to finished product.

- Designing security architecture with the application.

- Doing deployment on staging and production servers.

- Doing the performance optimization of the application.

- Setting up git processes.

- Creating, estimating and delegating tasks with the team.

- Working on the complex technical problems.

- Guiding team on their technical challenges.

- Taking part and contributing in sprint planning and backlog grooming meetings.

- Conducting demo meeting with the clients.

- Doing requirement gathering and feature understanding meetings with client.

- Consulting client on different technical approaches.

- Reviewing teams code and providing feedback to improve.

What we are looking for?

- 7+ years of extensive NodeJS experience building web applications

- Maintaining and developing web applications and the REST APIs.

- Building and consuming APIs - Restful and GraphQL

- Hands-on development experience of atleast 5+ years ReactJs or its framework like NextJs along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Having knowledge and working experience of Typescript.

- Hands-on development experience in writing SQL queries and database management with Postgres or MySQL and Mongodb.

- Overall Understanding of web development lifecycle including frontend and backend using modern frameworks.

- Must have working experience with GIT

- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems and issues, on web applications in a production environment.

- Ensuring that best practices are followed in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software.

- Assist PO/BA with information when needed to gather new requirements on some planned features/work.

- Show Extreme Ownership and accountability of the tasks.

- Knowledge of deployment process on stage and production environment

- Knowledge of aws services like lambda, elastic beanstalk, s3, ec2, codepipeline, SQS, redis etc

- Knowledge of unit testing framework like Jest and enzyme

- Knowledge of third party application integrations.

- Having experience of technically leading and guiding the team.

- Having good and proactive communication with internal team as well as clients
