We are seeking a full-time R Developer. As an R Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining R-based models for data analysis. You will work closely with a team of data analysts and engineers to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and provide customized solutions.


Qualifications :


- Proficient in R Programming Language along with RShiny


- BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


- 4 to 7 years of experience working as an R Programmer or in a similar role.


Experience Requirements :


- Strong proficiency in R programming language and its packages, such as ggplot2, dplyr, and tidyr.


- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis.


- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.


- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.


- Ability to effectively communicate complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.


- Experience in developing R-based models for data analysis


- Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark


- Experience with relational databases and SQL


- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools such as ggplot2 and Shiny


- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and algorithms


- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams


- Experience with machine learning and deep learning is a plus


- Experience with data mining. and data cleaning is a plus


- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.


- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Python or Java, is a plus.


- Proficient in R programming language.


- Extensive experience with Shiny and ShinyProxy for developing interactive web applications.


- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.


- Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


- Experience working with data manipulation and analysis in R.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Roles And Responsibilities :


- Design and develop R-based applications and programs to analyze data and generate insightful reports.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate analytical solutions.


- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and trends in the data.


- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and quality of analysis.


- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively present findings to stakeholders.


- Optimize and fine-tune existing R scripts to improve performance and efficiency.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in R programming and related technologies.


- Provide support and guidance to team members on R programming best practices


- Develop, implement, and maintain R-based applications using ShinyProxy for interactive and user-friendly data visualization.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective ShinyProxy applications.


- Design and optimize Shiny applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.


- Integrate ShinyProxy applications with data sources, databases, and other third-party systems.


- Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation standards are met for Shiny applications.


- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in R development and ShinyProxy usage.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ShinyProxy applications.
