Job Overview :

Quorum Software is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions supporting multiple business units. The role involves Salesforce platform customization, revenue and billing processes, system integrations, and AI-driven service automation using Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, and Agentforce.

- Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages.

- Lead solution design, development, testing, and deployment across the Salesforce platform.

- Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.

- Develop and maintain quoting, billing, and revenue management processes using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

- Enhance Agentforce capabilities by automating agent workflows, optimizing Omni-Channel routing, and implementing AI-driven service processes.

- Develop Apex test classes and perform integration testing to maintain code quality and coverage.

- Apply Salesforce architecture and development best practices to support scalable solutions across business units.

- Participate in Agile activities, including user story creation, estimation, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Maintain technical documentation covering solution designs, workflows, and architecture.

- Keep up with Salesforce platform updates and emerging capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I and II certifications.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flows.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and/or MuleSoft.

- Strong understanding of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, behavioral testing, and DevOps practices.

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, self-organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing.

- Experience with Agentforce and AI-driven service automation.

- Additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
