Quiddity Software - Java Technical Lead - Spring

About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic Product Development team at Quiddity infotech. In this role, you will work on modernizing our technology stack and building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications to ensure seamless customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about backend development and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.

- Design and develop microservices and backend components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, BAs, and other developers.

- Create and maintain high-quality unit tests using JUnit/TestNG.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Support system scalability, performance, and security.

- Analyze and adapt to changing technical and functional requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation (HLD/LLD) in collaboration with Architects.

- Raise and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers proactively.

- Drive best practices in development, testing, and DevOps.

Mandatory Skills :

GraphQL

- Messaging : Kafka, RabbitMQ

- Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, iBatis/Hibernate, JPA

- Testing : JUnit, TestNG, Mockito

- Version Control & CI/CD : GitHub, Jenkins

- Containerization : Basic knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, teamwork

Good to Have :

- Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure)

- Familiarity with build tools : Maven, Gradle, Ant

- Exposure to search and analytics engines : Solr, Endeca, Lucene

- Experience with BPMN, rule-based engines

- Frontend familiarity : ReactJS

- Prior experience in Startups or Product-based organizations
