Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Migration Consultants/Developers for Teamcenter (TC) Migration Projects from various legacy systems and CAD platforms such as NX, CATIA, TC Enterprise, SAP, and Enovia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Teamcenter migration tools, data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and integration, along with strong technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture, scripting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end data migration from legacy systems or CAD platforms (NX, CATIA, TC Enterprise, SAP, Enovia) to Teamcenter.

- Utilize Teamcenter migration tools such as csv2tcxml, tcxml export/import, and IPS Upload.

- Analyze, extract, cleanse, and transform data for migration, including NX and CATIA CAD data and enterprise system data.

- Leverage Teamcenter Export/Import Admin Application including configuration of transfer modes and closure rules.

- Work with and extend Teamcenter Data Model using BMIDE and understand the structure of Teamcenter Database Tables.

- Configure and support TC-CAD integration applications (TCIN, TCIC) and use Teamcenter modules like My Teamcenter, Structure Manager, Organization, Projects, and Classification.

- Develop scripts and utilities using SQL, Python, Java, Windows Batch Scripting, and XML Transformations.

- Use Teamcenter ITK APIs for custom batch utility development and integration.

- (Optional but preferred) Utilize NX Open API or CATIA API / CAT Script API for deep integration and validation tasks.

- Conduct defect analysis and resolution, ensuring high data quality and minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with team members, contribute proactively, and take accountability for requirement analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation.

- Architects and leads should be able to manage end-to-end project delivery, lead internal and customer-facing discussions, and guide teams in technical problem-solving and task management.

Required Skills :

Mandatory experience in at least one major migration type :

- NX to Teamcenter Migration

- CATIA to Teamcenter Migration

- TC Enterprise to Teamcenter Migration

- SAP/Enovia (Legacy Systems) to Teamcenter Migration

- Proficient in Teamcenter Migration Tools and ITK-based custom development.

- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Datamodel, BMIDE, and Database Tables.

- Good understanding of TC-CAD Integration setup and configuration.

- Strong programming and scripting capabilities: SQL, Python, Java, Batch Scripts, XML.

- Effective communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Soft Skills :

- Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and customers.

Preferred :

- Exposure to TCIN (NX) or TCIC (CATIA) configurations.

- Experience leading migration projects with end-to-end ownership.

- Background in PLM consulting or enterprise-scale migration efforts.
