- Highly curious about Business Process, experience in optimizing and automating processes 3+ years of experience designing and building solutions in Quickbase

- Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all customer levels, from C-suite to individual contributors

- 2+ years working with relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems Understanding and experience defining and managing key metrics, including financial targets, industry-standard metrics

- Strong experience with Workato

- Strong experience needed, number of years of experience are less relevant. But expertise should be corresponding to a senior, demonstrating ability to support without needing much oversight or guidance.

- Preferred engagement model is Time & Material. But open to exploring other options for a short term

Ideally you will have :

- BS/BA degree (Computer Science or Business degree preferred) Experience working with ERP solutions and enterprise software systems General working knowledge of API's

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications in Quickbase tailored to client-specific workflows.

- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and delivering optimized, automated solutions.

- Integrate Quickbase with external systems using tools like Workato and REST APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Establish, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial and industry-specific metrics.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quickbase (design, development, and administration).

- Strong expertise with Workato - able to design and implement integrations with little to no supervision.

- 2+ years of experience working with relational databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise system integrations.

- Deep understanding of APIs and experience in connecting Quickbase to ERP and enterprise platforms
