Quantiphi - Senior Conversational Bot Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimize conversational flows, intents, and entities in Dialogflow CX/ES.

- Integrate Dialogflow agents with Vertex AI, LLMs, and Generative AI models via APIs.

- Develop backend logic using Python, Node.js, or Java for webhooks and system integrations.

- Work with REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON for seamless data exchange across systems.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated deployments.

- Deploy and manage applications using GCP services such as Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Service Accounts.

- Monitor system performance using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Error Reporting.

- Build end-to-end automation workflows leveraging AI Agents, RPA tools, Google Workflows, and Cloud Composer.

Required Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Dialogflow CX/ES development (intents, entities, fulfillment).

- Strong hands-on experience integrating LLMs and Generative AI with chatbots.

- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, JSON.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Strong command over GCP ecosystem and microservices deployment.

- Experience with automation frameworks (AI Agents, RPA, Workflows, Cloud Composer).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience building enterprise-grade chatbots or automation systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
