Description :
- Design survey programs, feedback loops, and closed-loop action frameworks
- Define experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, eNPS) and governance models
Qualtrics Implementation :
- Build and configure surveys, distributions, workflows, and dashboards
- Implement role-based reporting and data access controls
- Configure Qualtrics actions, triggers, and lifecycle programs
Integrations & Automation :
- Integrate Qualtrics with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM)
- Support iPaaS-based integrations (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Enable automated data ingestion and outbound actions
Analytics & Insights :
- Design executive-ready dashboards and operational reports
- Apply text analytics, sentiment analysis, and driver analysis
- Translate insights into prioritized actions and recommendations
Stakeholder Enablement :
- Partner with business and technical teams across functions
- Train users and admins on best practices and platform adoption
- Support change management and XM maturity growth
Required Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in Qualtrics consulting or XM implementation
Strong hands-on experience with :
- Survey design & distribution
- Dashboards & reporting
- Actions & workflows
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of experience measurement frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
