Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using any standard performance testing tool (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc.).

- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to analyze system performance under load.

- Create comprehensive performance test plans, test scripts, and detailed result analysis reports.

- Monitor performance test executions and track metrics like response time, throughput, CPU, and memory usage.

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in performance testing.

- Proficiency in at least one performance testing tool (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, techniques, and best practices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
