Job Location : Baner, Pune - Work from Office, Monday to Friday

Education : IT Graduate, BE/ B Tech/ME/ M.Tech/MCA or BCA/B Sc in IT, CS

As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust test strategies across multiple projects, leading and mentoring the QA team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to drive best practices in automated and manual testing, ensure comprehensive defect management, and maintain high standards in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies based on product requirements and specifications.

- Oversee and perform functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing.

- Develop and implement effective test automation strategies, with a strong preference for Playwright, and experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, Cypress, etc.

- Ensure mature defect reporting metrics are defined, measured, and acted upon (e.g., test coverage, defect density, defect leakage, etc.), managing defect tracking using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Create and oversee comprehensive test plans and ensure the generation of insightful test reports for all stakeholders.

- Review and optimize test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficiency.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.

- Identify test process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improvement.
