Role Summary :

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused- Quality Assurance Leader- to define, scale, and own the QA function across our digital ecosystem. This role will lead the quality strategy, test engineering roadmap, and vendor collaboration model to ensure our platforms - including- web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and critical system integrations- meet the highest quality standards. The QA Leader will build and guide a high-performance team, partner with external QA providers, and introduce- automation and AI-powered testing tools- to enable faster, smarter, and more reliable product releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the end-to-end- QA strategy, execution model, and governance framework- across all digital products and services.

- Ensure comprehensive quality coverage for- web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and integrations between internal and third-party systems.

- Build and manage an internal QA team focused on manual, automated, and performance testing.

- Drive- test architecture, tool selection, and process standardization across all layers of the tech stack.

- Partner with- external QA service providers- to scale testing throughput and accelerate time-to-market.

- Design and implement- automated test frameworks and pipelines, integrating seamlessly with CI/CD workflows.

- Leverage- AI-driven testing platforms- and modern automation tools to reduce test cycles, increase coverage, and improve reliability.

- Define and track key QA metrics such as test coverage, defect escape rate, and release readiness.

- Lead risk-based testing and formal release certification processes.

- Champion- shift-left testing- and continuous quality across the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and external stakeholders to align on quality goals and delivery timelines.

- Own the QA documentation and ensure knowledge is captured, shared, and up to date.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience- in quality assurance, including- 3+ years in a leadership or strategic QA role.

- Proven expertise in testing- web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and system integrations- across a distributed architecture.

- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) and scripting languages.

- Hands-on experience embedding QA within CI/CD and Agile development processes.

- Demonstrated ability to work with- AI-powered testing tools, smart regression, and intelligent test orchestration platforms.

- Experience leading hybrid QA models with- both internal teams and external QA vendors.

- Familiarity with test case management, defect tracking, and observability tooling (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.).

- Deep understanding of QA across functional, regression, performance, security, and integration testing.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Industry background in- eCommerce, retail, logistics, or high-transaction digital platforms.

- Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) and API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).

- ISTQB or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

- Exposure to data-driven testing and test environments across staging, pre-prod, and production monitoring.
