Quality Assurance Head

We are hiring a Head of QA to define and lead the quality assurance function across enterprise SaaS products. This leadership role combines strategy and hands-on expertise in testing, automation, and QA innovation. You will shape QA processes, mentor teams, and drive quality across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own QA strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Lead and grow QA teams with best practices for manual, automation, and performance testing.

- Build scalable automation frameworks with Python, Vue.js, and modern tools.

- Introduce AI-driven testing to improve speed and coverage.

- Ensure seamless integration of QA in CI/CD pipelines.

- Oversee QA planning, reporting, and metrics for all releases.

- Lead risk analysis, defect triage, and resolution processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

- Present QA insights and strategies to leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of QA experience, preferably in SaaS.

- Strong background in automation and manual testing.

- Hands-on with Selenium, PyTest, Postman, SQL, and Elasticsearch.

- Working knowledge of Python and Vue.js.

- Familiarity with AI-based testing (e.g., Testim).

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

- Preference for candidates with startup exposure and stable tenure.
