Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with hands-on expertise in functional and automation testing of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate must be experienced in ATF (Automated Test Framework), regression testing, SIT, integration testing, and workflow validation, especially within telecom ServiceNow environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATF.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across ServiceNow modules.

- Validate end-to-end workflows, catalog items, fulfillment processes, and service order flows.

- Test and verify telecom-specific workflows within OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications).

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, defect reports, and traceability documentation.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps setup.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies, test execution cycles, and release validation activities.

- Perform API testing, CI/CD validation, and scripting-based test enhancements.

- Ensure testing best practices, quality standards, and test governance processes are followed.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- ATF automation

- Functional & manual testing

- SIT and regression testing

- API testing

- Knowledge of OMT workflows, catalog validations, and data mapping.

- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps frameworks and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Understanding of ServiceNow modules, configurations, and testing lifecycle.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (ATF/QA/CSA preferred)

- Knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS domain

- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript preferred)
