Job Description :
A QA Engineer is responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of websites and applications.
The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of websites and applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and other quality issues.
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in QA methodologies.
- Responsible for implementing QA processes from the start of the project (requirements analysis, test design, implementation, execution, maintenance, and analysis).
- Support the QA Team in POCs around various tools and tech.
- Responsible for collaborating with QA Teams for the development and enhancement of their professional skills.
The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have :
- A bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Drupal.
- Must have Experience in Basic Drupal site building.
- Experience with manual tools and methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of UI/UX Testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Good Documentation skills
Good To Have :
- Experience in Automated testing tools(any) and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Performance and Security Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing.
- ISTQB Certification or Other Equivalent Testing Certifications.
