Job Description QA Automation Engineer:

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.

- Perform Web and Mobile Application Automation Testing.

- Create and maintain test artifacts including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, RTM, Test Summary Reports, and Defect Reports.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Analyze test execution results and provide detailed status reports.

- Contribute to framework enhancements and automation best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.

- Experience in Mobile/Application Automation Testing.

- Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.

- Strong knowledge of Test Artifacts and Test Documentation.

- Experience using Jira for defect management and test tracking.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- API Automation Testing.

- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- SQL and Database Testing.

- Version Control tools such as Git.

- BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
