Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright/ Appium. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright/ Appium with JavaScript/TypeScript

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure comprehensive test coverage

- Write and maintain detailed test documentation, test plans, and test cases

- Contribute to improving test frameworks, tools, and processes

- Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing

- Debug issues and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in QA Automation with strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with Playwright/ Appium for browser-based automation

- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

- Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or automated script
