Mandate skills min 2.6 yrs into API Automation with Networking protocols (Strong API)

Mandate Tech stack :

- Automation with API

- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, SD-WAN, HA Failover etc).

- Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Postman, and Jenkins

- Design and execute test plans for TMF APIs (e.g. TMF 638 Service Inventory, TMF 641 Service Order).

- Proven Ability to test REST/SOAP API's (using Jmeter, Postman and other standard tools).

- Proven experience of understanding testing API integration between multiple IT systems.

- Perform API and GUI testing across multiple browsers and platforms.

- Validate integration and performance testing between NaaS components, including NaaP, SD-WAN controllers, SASE, tactical portals, and self-service portals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct testing in Linux and Windows environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Analyse test results, identify defects, and drive resolution.

- Document test strategies, plans, and reports for stakeholder review.

- To assess API performance, identify bottlenecks in e2e workflows.

- Producing detailed, clear reports, info graphics to show case trends, test results and outcomes.

- Proven experience with TMF, REST/SOAP API testing.

- Strong understanding of NaaS architecture, including orchestration layers and customer onboarding flows.

- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (Meraki, Fortinet), including provisioning and policy validation.

- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Cypress) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).

- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, SD-WAN, HA Failover etc).

- Experience with Linux and Windows system testing.

- Ability to lead and mentor QA teams, drive testing strategy, and manage test cycles.

- Hands on performance testing, design validation testing experience.

- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Skills desired :

- Experience with Single Pane of Glass (SPoG), NaaP, and DigiCOM platforms.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtual CPEs.
