Job Description :

- Design & Development Architect, design, and implement robust EMR solutions with a primary focus on Oracle Cerner or equivalent EMR platforms to support healthcare providers in Dubai, UAE.

- Full-Stack Development Build and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.

- System Integration Integrate EMR systems with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP HCM) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- IoT in Healthcare Develop innovative IoT-driven solutions for real-time patient monitoring, connected healthcare devices, and clinical decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with clinicians, business analysts, and system architects to translate healthcare requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, HAAD) and global data standards (HL7, FHIR) for security and patient privacy.

- Performance Optimization Enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability leveraging modern practices and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).

- Quality Assurance Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high code quality and continuous delivery.

- Leadership Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.

- Continuous Innovation Stay up to date with emerging trends in Healthcare IT, IoT, and Full-Stack technologies to drive solution excellence.

Must-Haves :

- Java (4/5) Strong backend development expertise.

- React.js, Spring Boot, Microservices (4/5) Proven full-stack application development skills.

- Oracle Cerner / EMR Solutions Practical experience with EMR platforms such as Cerner, Epic, Allscripts, or Meditech.

- Database & CI/CD (3/5) Solid working knowledge of Oracle Database and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
