Qlik Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

BI Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, report performance, and user access.

- Proactively monitor BI system health and performance to ensure reliability.

Report & Dashboard Development :

- Utilize Qlik NPrinting to automate the distribution of reports to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Data Management :

- Assist with data modeling to support the creation of efficient and scalable BI solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a BI Support or similar role.

BI Tools :

- Strong, demonstrable expertise with Qlik Sense.

- Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report automation.

Database & Data Skills :

- Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.
