Role Overview :

As a Java Backend Developer based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust server-side logic that powers complex enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and frontend engineers, to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our client platforms, ensuring seamless performance for end-users while driving the technical evolution of our backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Design and document RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend interfaces and backend data stores.

- Implement microservices architecture patterns to improve system modularity, fault tolerance, and deployment agility.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in code and database queries to ensure low-latency responses.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high engineering standards across the development team.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment of services in cloud environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Proven ability to design and maintain complex Microservices Architecture, ensuring loose coupling and high cohesion.

- Strong proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful Webservices with a focus on security and scalability.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in distributed systems.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning.

- A minimum of 5 to 12 years of professional experience in backend software development.
