About the Role :

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow GRC Architect with strong scripting, integration, and end-to-end GRC implementation experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing GRC modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, IRM, and related workflows.

- Develop and customize Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Catalog Items using JavaScript.

- Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party tools.

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth platform operations.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance processes.

Additional Responsibilities by Role :

- Define overall GRC / IRM architecture, platform roadmap, and solution strategy.

- Design complex, scalable, enterprise-grade GRC solutions.

- Oversee integrations across risk, compliance, security, and enterprise systems.

- Provide technical leadership, governance policies, and architectural standards.

- Conduct architecture reviews, impact analysis, and performance optimization.

- Act as SME for GRC capabilities, platform capabilities, and industry standards (ISO, NIST, SOC, SOX, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 13 years years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

- Strong experience in JavaScript scripting, ServiceNow server/client-side scripting, and configuration.

- Proven expertise with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modulesend-to-end implementation experience is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of data models, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflow, and platform administration.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
