Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITOM Service Mapping to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and Service Mapping implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Service Mapping solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Perform end-to-end Service Mapping implementation, including configuration of patterns, discovery, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.) to enhance platform capabilities.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and other standard integration mechanisms.

- Work closely with other ServiceNow modules like Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management to support ITOM processes.

- Provide technical leadership and support during project execution and post-deployment.

- Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Service Mapping must have implemented in a real-time project.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and data normalization processes.

- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
