Job location : Remote, India

Role Overview :

The ServiceNow CSM Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, the ability to lead a team, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Hands-on involvement in the current project development is a must.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and implementers, ensuring the effective delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions.


- End-to-End Implementation : Oversee the implementation of the CSM module from scratch, ensuring the solution is customized according to client requirements.

- ServiceNow Development : Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts) and customizing applications as per business needs.

- Current Project Hands-On Development : Actively participate in hands-on ServiceNow development in current projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely implementation.

- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.

- Continuous Learning : Actively stay updated with new ServiceNow modules and best practices. Adapt to project needs and integrate new features as required.


- Troubleshooting & Support : Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues related to the CSM module. Guide team members on technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in ServiceNow CSM module implementation from scratch.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts).

- Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).

- Experience in leading teams and ensuring timely project delivery.


- Hands-on involvement in current ServiceNow development projects.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
